Elena “Enchantress of Light” part of the Whisperland family is not as beautiful as Shaylee her elder sister and “Queen of the Forest” however her heart is big and her vision is clear she is 18" tall and spreads joy wherever she goes and is featured here in a wavy champagne 100% silk dress. Her handcrafted glass and resin bright eyes, 32 anatomically correct teeth, and tongue make her more "real" than you imagine! Her gown is adorned with a miniature cameo, and embroidered gold tone sleeves; her hand painted head, torso, hands and feet are sculpted in a very delicate manner paying extra attention to detail on fingernails and toenails. She also has individually handmade wings made with a wire frame and diachronic film her Tibetan lamb hair is  braided on the sides and pulled back into a curly tail. Her makeup is hand painted by Joe MacPhale  Elena stands on a 9.5" x 6" oval walnut base.

His tubby body is made of soft plush faux furHenrys warm and friendly eyes are crafted from
glass and resin - hand crafted by the artist
Henry himself is missing several teeth, that and his love for all children makes him
the perfect candidate for “Tooth Fair Bear” – His face and paws are cast using high quality
resin and hand painted by the artist.
Henry is standing on a oval walnut base 9.5" X 6" with his tiny best friend Skeeter McHiggins
a forest mouse.
Henry cannot fly – but he can get some air when he runs flapping and singing
his wings are crafted using a wire frame and diachronic film.
|Since Henry cannot really fly he was given a magic wand
which he uses to travel, appear and disappear.

• Shaylee’s body is entirely made of Baby “Pro Sculpt” Polymer clay.

• Shaylee is also 18 inches from head to toe.

• Hair is made out of Mohair, and custom dye to the proper deep auburn red color. Each single curl is hand carfted using a tiny custom made curling iron.

• Make-up and body color are produce using my own innovated technique to produce a porcelain tone on a polymer clay body. I used Genesis artist colors.

• Eyes are handcrafted using a mixture of glass and resin. Iris is hand painted.

• Shaylee is anatomically correct and every measure is double check against a proportional wheel.

• Fingernails and toenails are produce by my own developed technique to achieve a natural sculpture nail, all in 4 different steps.

• The end of her wand lights-up using a grain of sand light bulb and advance electronics. The wand is made of brass with a high 18 KT gold electro plate.

• Wings are made of metal and a very thin Diachronic color film, with some polymer clay. Details on wings are hand painted. The wings move by a solid state electronic device, and no motor is used in this system. They are power only by heat.

• Her crown is a replica of “The lord of the ring” butterfly coronation crown; I used the original movie drawings. Her necklace is hade made in individual pieces to comfort the neck line, complimented by faux pearl made of polymer clay. All jewelry and Celtic metal corners for the display are triple plated with a heavy 18 KT gold.

• Shaylee is dress in a royal, imperial cut shear gown to display all of her body features. The trims are made of lame and gold metal trims, including Swarovski crystals. The trims are wire to simulate “flowing in the air”

• Shaylee is suspended in mid air, and she moved up and down as her wings flap. Shaylee is set in a magical Redwood forest with a hand painted background, including a beautiful firefly’s field, Aurora Borealis, and a Starlight field. The full moon shines using LED lights; also included is a forest fog mister and proper scale down flowers made of polymer clay, using the millefiori technique.

• The whole display is fully electronic, including forest sound and music. All of these actions are activated by a hidden motion sensor!

• Every single detail and construction has been made by the artist. No outside source was used. Except for materials in the designing and construction of Shaylee.

     Heidi
   “The Noble One”

Heidi is a (one-of-a-kind ) hand crafted using Baby Pro Sculpt™ polymer clay. Her teeth have been individually handcrafted, cut and fit to the mouth to produce a realistic look.  Heidi was modeled from several photos to create a life like doll; as I prefer to produce portrait dolls. Heidi is dressed in a little peasant girl garb, made of a light semi-sheer silk fabric.  This material also matches the surrounding theme.  In her right hand is “Jesse”, her very favorite teddy bear.  Jesse is handcrafted from faux fur. I handcrafted Heidi’s hand blown glass eyes in the color lavender. This 12” (w) x 24” (h) vignette includes:  Larger than life-sized blades of grass and orchids, called “Lady Slipper”, that gives the illusion that Heidi’s is only 4” tall.

 Resting on the orchid is a precious ladybug, which has friends on Heidi’s cute little earlobes.  Heidi stands 14” from head to toe. Her wings are made of a diachronic film with wire and painted frames to mimic the natural
wing span of a real dragon fly!

Bjorn
"Little Bear"
 

Baby Bjorn is a (one-of-a-kind) and his entire body is made of baby Pro Sculpt™. Bjorn has auburn Mohair and is 10" long. Bjorn is in the fetal position atop a beautiful Lotus flower which is made out of metal and fiberglass frame covered with Sculpey™ clay. The lotus flower has a diameter of 17".
